How long does the fitting take?
The average ski delivery for a family usually takes about 30 minutes. Of course we will spend as much time with you as needed. It’s still better than driving to the store and waiting in lines.
How do you know what equipment I need?
Our expert technicians take into account all the information you provide us in advance and select the equipment that we feel will be the very best for you.
What if I need adjustments with my equipment?
We don’t just leave you uncomfortable, we will send a technician to the slopes to make any adjustments or we can meet you at your lodging.
How do you know my boots will fit?
We bring several pair for you to try on based on your indicated shoe size and will take the time to fit your boots properly.
What are the delivery hours?
Since a ski delivery service is all about convenience-we are available for deliveries from 7:30am to 9:00pm. We know how unpredictable winter weather can be, so if you will be delayed or need to change times, please call our store so we can accommodate you.
Are kids still free with delivery?
Unfortunately not. Since it takes extra time and we must bring more equipment, we must charge for children. But still a very good deal!
Where is your store located?
Wherever you want us to be! Actually we do have a very nice shop located in the Park Place Shopping Center in the middle of Winter Park. Stop by and see us. We have all the accessories you might need for a great winter adventure. Plus great clothing and logo wear. Map and directions.
What packages do you have?

Do you rent helmets?
You bet we have helmets, shouldn’t everyone wear one? Just let us know on the reservation form and we will bring it too.
Can I take a day off skiing?
Of course you can take a day to enjoy other activities or just rest, but since you will have the equipment already, we must charge you for it. I’m sure you understand.
What if I have my own boots?
Not a problem and you will save $4 a day from the package price. Be sure to select a “ski only” package. (please note that we will need to inspect your boots to make sure they are compatible with our bindings)
What does the damage waiver cover?
The damage waiver is optional and it covers damage to the equipment cause by normal wear and tear while skiing. It does NOT cover negligence, theft or loss. The damage waiver can be selected at time of booking or at time of delivery.
How do I arrange for a ski delivery time?
You can request a specific delivery time on your reservation form for your Winter Park ski delivery service, and we will contact you to confirm the time and get directions if necessary. However, you will need to call us upon your arrival and confirm that everything is on schedule for delivery.
How do I return the equipment?
Equipment is due by 7:00pm on your last day of renting. You can drop the equipment off at the shop and do a little shopping otherwise you must call us 24 hours in advance to schedule a pickup time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since we must reserve and pack for a delivery, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a 20% cancellation charge will be applied.
What is the minimum number of rental days in order to take advange of the delivery service?
We ask that you rent for at least 2 consecutive days for the delivery service.
Do you rent clothing?
Yes. We realize that guests don’t always have the proper clothing, so we rent coats, bibs and pants for all sizes. Just be sure to indicate on the reservation form and be sure to give us your real size.
