Reservation Confirmation Policy
You will receive a confirmation call from us confirming your Winter Park Ski Delivery reservation and requested delivery time. We will go over your order with you and answer any questions you might have. If you do not receive a call, we have not received your reservation and you should call us. 970-726-2868
Delivery Service Charge
Delivery rates are based on our walk-in pricing and a 20% delivery service charge will be added to those rates with a $25 minimum charge.
Two Day Minimum
Epic Ski Delivery has a 2 consecutive rental day minimum policy. You agree to pay for a minimum of 2 consecutive days for each ski/snowboard package rented.
Ski Delivery Time
Upon arrival to the Winter Park area, please call us to confirm your delivery time and location. We realize that winter driving conditions can be variable, so please give us a call if you are going to be delayed. Everyone renting boots must be present at time of delivery. 970-726-2868
Ski Equipment Return
Equipment is due back by 7:00pm on your last day of renting. Please call 24 hours in advance to schedule a pickup time. 970-726-2868 Or you may return your equipment directly to our store. We are located in the middle of Winter Park in the Park Place Shopping Center (next to the Conoco & movie theatre) All equipment must be present at time of pickup. Any damaged, lost or stolen equipment will be charged at fair market value to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Delivery requires advanced planning and preparation; therefore we require at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
