  1. Bike or Walk the Fraser River Trail.

Likely the most popular & widely used trail in the area, the Fraser River Trail meanders alongside its namesake river and stretchesFraser River Trail Winter Park between the village at Winter Park Resort and nearby town of Granby about 20 miles down the line.  If you're starting out front of our shop (located in Downtown Winter Park) your best bet is to either take the 2 mile section up to Winter Park Resort or head out the opposite way for a 2ish mile trek to Fraser.
  2. Attend Music in The Park.

Grab a 6-pack & some take-out then head over to a High Note Thursday Concert at the Rendezvous Event Center in Downtown Winter Park.  Spend your evening dancing to local music in the mountain air. Music varies week by week to appeal to a variety of tastes but it's always a good time & a perfect way to unwind near the end of week.
  3. Enjoy Fireworks & Live Music at Lance Gutersohn's 4th of July Celebration.

  6. Take a Hike!

3 of our favorites are: Devils Thumb (located towards Tabernash, this is a moderate/advanced hike with views of the valley) orColumbine Lake Hike Monarch Lake in Granby (a dog friendly 4 mile scenic loop around the lake) or the Discovery Loop/Jim Creek Trail in Winter Park (pick either the mellow 2 mile discovery loop or tack on Jim Creek for a near 7 mile hike that ends at a small waterfall).  Find more info on hikes in the area here.
